An established and fast-growing real estate development firm is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of multi-family residential construction projects. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with project management and construction leadership in a lean, fast-paced team environment where you’ll play a key role in project execution from planning through to close-out.
Assist in the development of project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
Maintain and organize documentation including contracts, permits, change orders, and schedules
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders including contractors, consultants, and suppliers
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and report back on schedule, quality, and safety performance
Support procurement processes and track deliveries, invoices, and materials
Assist with budget tracking and help manage cost control documentation
Identify potential issues and work with the team to implement proactive solutions
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and safety requirements
Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline
5+ years of experience in a construction or development-based project coordination role
Familiarity with residential or commercial construction processes and permitting
Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Project) and project management software (e.g., Buildertrend or similar)
Self-motivated and able to work with limited oversight in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
Comfortable collaborating with a small, high-performing construction team
