Position Summary:
Responsible for production operations with complying to company and ISO9001 standards and for achieving productivity, OEE, quality and safety targets. Sets production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, staffing resources, and volume required to meet demand and to ensure maximum production quantity and quality.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead the manufacturing operation with Plant Manager and Quality, Process Engineering, Logistics, EHS team.
• Responsible for meeting productivity targets and key metrics of operations that includes safety, quality (both internal and external), scrap, rework, cost of production, labor efficiencies, resources, WIP, safety stocks and so on
• Manage the manufacturing process efficiently to built high quality manufactured products to meet with customer specification.
• Plan production operations, establishing priorities and sequences for manufacturing products.
• Champion for process related Continuous improvement / Lean / Kaizen activities.
• Responsible for implementing quality procedures on shop floor and executing data collection and adherence to procedures.
• Responsible for quality of final product and achieving quality targets with suppliers, in-house and at customer.
• Complete costing sheet that include capital requirement for equipments and tooling, material handling, labor after completing the cycle time requirements of each process steps as required.
• Training and capability planning for direct labors
• To bridge Japan MFG team with APAC plants for new standard discussion and support each other on new programs flawless launch

応募必要条件

スキル・資格

【必須（MUST）】

• 6-8 years experience in process engineering at a manufacturing facility
• Excellent communication skill in English and Japanese (Business level English)
• Experience in automotive industry (Mechanical Tier1 supplier is preferred)
• Ability to read and understand drawing, GD&T, sections, tolerances

【歓迎（WANT）】

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering
• Experience in welding and assembly process
• Ability to review and guide tooling design, Process designs
• IATF16949 / ISO9001 application to the facility and process

【その他】

• Self Starter and result oriented
• Working experience with foreign companies/countries
