Senior Online Product Manager

Leading global eyewear retailer with over 500 stores across 13 countries, seeking a strategic product leader to drive ecommerce innovation and shape the digital customer experience worldwide.

The Role

• Lead product strategy and roadmap for web and app platforms, collaborating with executive teams across Japan, Taiwan, Singapore, Thailand, and India.
• Partner with IT, DX, and marketing teams to prioritize initiatives, manage product deployment, and drive customer adoption across multiple markets.
• Conduct data analysis and develop actionable insights to support strategic decision-making and identify online development opportunities.
• Drive cross-functional projects from ideation to launch, working across time zones to deliver new products and services.
• Develop and maintain KPIs to monitor business performance and ensure product alignment with local retail team needs.

Your Skills

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in product management, management consulting, system integration, business strategy, or strategic planning.
• Fluent proficiency in both Japanese (N1) and English is essential.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proven commercial acumen and deep data analysis capabilities.
• Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder influencing abilities.
• MBA or experience in ecommerce, retail, or fashion sector is preferred.
