Job Description
We are looking for a strategic and user-driven Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead product vision, planning, and execution throughout the product lifecycle—from concept to launch—working cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and business teams. This role requires a deep understanding of product strategy, user experience, and agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Vision:
- Define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities
- Align product goals with business strategy and user needs
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform decisions
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with engineers, designers, stakeholders, and marketing teams to define requirements and deliver features
- Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and product reviews
- Serve as the voice of the user, ensuring customer-centric design and delivery
Product Execution & Delivery:
- Write clear product specifications, epics, and user stories
- Prioritize backlog and manage trade-offs between scope, quality, and speed
- Coordinate product releases and ensure smooth rollout with go-to-market teams
Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Define and track KPIs for product performance and success
- Analyze user behavior, feedback, and analytics to drive continuous improvement
- Conduct usability tests and A/B experiments when necessary
Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain updated product documentation, roadmaps, and release notes
- Provide regular status reports to internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Product Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in tech or software environments
Technical & Product Skills:
- Strong knowledge of agile and lean methodologies
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, Trello, or Notion
- Understanding of basic technical architecture and APIs
- Experience with analytics tools like Mixpanel, GA4, or Amplitude
Core Competencies:
- Strategic thinking and ability to translate vision into execution
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Empathy for users and focus on delivering real value
Additional Skills (Preferred):
- Experience in startup environments or fast-paced teams
- Knowledge of SaaS, marketplace, or mobile-first product development
- Familiarity with B2B/B2C product lifecycles
- Exposure to user research and design thinking processes
