Education & Experience
● Bachelor's degree required
● Minimum 5 years of product management experience in the medical device industry
● Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Office Suite

Required Skills
● Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Strong interpersonal abilities with proven consultative and relationship management experience

● Advanced problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical capabilities
● Comprehensive understanding of market dynamics, including:
- Market share analysis
- Pricing strategies
- Average selling price (ASP) tracking
- Competitive landscape assessment
● Demonstrated ability to develop accurate short-term and long-term product forecasts
● Fundamental clinical knowledge of hospital environments, clinical practices, and reimbursement policies
