Summary

Our client is seeking a Private Chauffeur responsible for transporting and running errands for the CEO and family members to various locations in a safe, efficient, and courteous manner. The Chauffeur will ensure that vehicles are well-maintained, clean, and always presentable.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and secure transportation to and from destinations.
  
• Plan routes to ensure the most efficient journey.
  
• Assist passengers with entering and exiting the vehicle, as well as with luggage.
  
• Maintain the vehicle’s cleanliness, both inside and out.
  
• Ensuring the vehicle is properly maintained; coordinate timely servicing and repairs, as well as for other vehicles owned by the family.
  
• Be available on-call for unscheduled drives.
  
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.
  
• Comply with all traffic laws and regulations.
  
• Keep accurate records of travel, expenses, and vehicle maintenance.
  
• Provide excellent customer service and always demonstrate professionalism.
  
• Perform various errands and pick-ups/deliveries as needed.
  

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  
• Extensive knowledge of local and surrounding areas.
  
• Proven experience as a private chauffeur .
  
• Excellent navigational skills and proficiency with GPS devices.
  
• Ability to remain calm in stressful driving conditions.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Flexibility with working hours; availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
  
• Ability to lift heavy luggage and assist passengers when necessary.
  
• Punctuality and reliability are essential.
