【採用背景】
車載向けのSoC製品は、"CASE"(コネクティッド・自動運転・シェアリング・電動化)に代表される自動車の電子化/高機能化を実現するためのキーパーツです。車載向けSoCである R-Car シリーズは先端プロセスを用いたルネサス内屈指の規模、機能を誇る製品になっています。従来以上に基本性能部分の高速化と低電力化が求められるとともに、高速I/F(DDR, SerDes, etc.)対応、機能安全対応、高度なセキュリティへの対応、大規模回路の短TATでの実装など、幅広い技術の集積が必要となります。これらのSoC製品のキーとなる高速インタフェース関連IPの設計を行うチームの技術リーダーを募集します。また、設計・検証はインドやベトナムの設計拠点（言語：英語）と協働開発している為、グローバルに活躍できるエンジニアを期待しています。
【MUST】
・デジタルフロントエンド設計における高速インタフェースの開発経験
・UCIe、PCIe6/4、Eth、USB、MIPI、DPの内１つもしくは複数の知識
・物理的実装の知識
・電気的特性の作りこみ
・業務上のやりとりにおいてスムーズな対応が可能な英語力
