Job Description

Description We are looking for a skilled Power Automate Consultant to join our team on a contract basis in Encinitas, California. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Microsoft platforms to support content management, enhance operational processes, and facilitate large-scale system transitions. This position offers an opportunity to work on innovative projects involving SharePoint, Power BI, and Microsoft 365 solutions. Responsibilities: - Oversee content management tasks, ensuring smooth platform transitions and efficient digital file organization. - Lead the migration of data models into Microsoft Fabric and manage data lakehouse integrations. - Utilize advanced SharePoint capabilities to optimize metadata categorization and electronic file management. - Implement Microsoft Teams solutions, addressing large-scale transitions and enhancing collaboration workflows. - Develop and maintain detailed standard operating procedures (SOPs) and documentation for system processes. - Design and automate workflows using Microsoft Power Automate to improve operational efficiency. - Leverage Power BI to create insightful reports and dashboards for data-driven decision-making. - Ensure compliance with government and security regulations across all platforms. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Microsoft 365 tools effectively. Requirements - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate for workflow automation. - Strong expertise in SharePoint, including metadata management and extensibility. - Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI for data visualization and reporting. - In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 Enterprise applications, particularly in large-scale transitions. - Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric and data lakehouse environments. - Understanding of government and compliance security standards. - Excellent documentation skills, including the creation of SOPs. - Strong problem-solving abilities and collaborative mindset.
