Location: Various locations across Saskatchewan As aPlumbing Inspector, you will be responsible for inspecting plumbing systems andinstallations to ensure they comply with local plumbing codes, safetyregulations, and standards. Your role will be essential in maintaining thesafety, functionality, and compliance of plumbing systems within thejurisdiction. KeyResponsibilities:

• Inspect plumbing systems, installations, and equipment to ensure compliance with local plumbing codes, safety standards, and regulations.
• Review plumbing plans and blueprints to verify they meet all required codes and standards.
• Conduct inspections of residential, commercial, and industrial plumbing systems at various stages of construction and installation.
• Identify and document violations, deficiencies, or hazards in plumbing systems and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate records of inspections, compliance, and enforcement actions.
• Provide technical guidance and support to plumbers, contractors, and property owners regarding plumbing codes and safety practices.
• Respond to inquiries and complaints related to plumbing installations and code compliance.
• Stay updated on changes in plumbing codes, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure accurate inspections and recommendations.
• Collaborate with other municipal departments andagencies to address and resolve plumbing-related issues.
