Job Description

Advantage Insurance requires a Personal Lines Insurance Broker Level 1. This person will work closely with clients to assess their insurance needs, provide expert recommendations, and build and maintain strong relationships through customer service:

Duties include selling and servicing personal lines insurance products
- Providing clients with accurate information and professional advice
- Processing policy changes and updates in the Broker Management System/Rival TBW
- Managing client records and ensuring up-to-date documentation
- Maintaining licensing and regulatory compliance requirements

The ideal candidate for this role has a General Insurance License Level 1 and a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in personal lines insurance. Experience as a Motor License Issuer is preferred. Candidates must have strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to manage multiple processes efficiently. They should be adaptable, highly organized and customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
