">About the Role:
">As a pediatric nurse with Resource Ability, you will have the opportunity to work independently, providing 1:1 respite care in the home environment for pediatric clients. You will be part of a dynamic team that strives for excellence every day, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of care.
">Responsibilities:
">- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to pediatric clients in their homes
">- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care plans
">- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families
">- Work independently, using your skills and judgment to make decisions
">Requirements:
">- Current practicing registration with BCCNM
">- Valid CPR 'C' / BLS certification or better
">- Demonstrated ability to work independently
">- Strong verbal and written interpersonal communication skills
