Job Description

The Reynolds and Reynolds (Canada) Ltd. is currently seeking a Part-time Warehouse Associate to join our team in our warehouse in Mississauga, Ontario. As a Part-Time Warehouse Associate you will be responsible for assisting in all aspects of warehousing including but not limited to shipping and receiving.

Primary Responsibilities:

Assist in pick, pack, and ship related products to end users.
Assist in entering appropriate shipping methods whether courier or freight
Assist in receiving products from couriers and freight company and executing appropriate return processes.
Stock shelves with products as required
Perform custodian duties to keep environment clean and healthy
Understand and maintain database functions for operation
Perform routine inventory checks for inventory counts and obsolescence
Assist in periodic mailroom distributions to external customers

Working Conditions:

Sitting at desk - an avg. 1 - 2 hrs.
Lifting and carrying items up to 25 lbs. 1-3 hours a day
Ability to lift, bend, and carry products between 1 lbs. to 50 lbs
Simple grasping and fine manipulation (both hands) 3-6 hours a day
Power grasping, reaching above shoulder (both arms/hands) up to 1 hours a day
When utilizing the pump truck -pushing/pulling up to 200+lbs up to 1-2 hours a day.
Walking, standing, bending, squatting, climbing, kneeling, twisting at neck and waist up to 4 hours a

day.
