We are growing our team at Marianhill in response to the new Fixing Long-Term Care Act. We are increasing the number of staff and to assist with this growth in our organization. Therefore, we are recruiting for a part-time Enhanced Resident Attendant.
Marianhill is a faith based, not-for-profit organization that provides long-term care, complex continuing care, community support services, palliative and hospice care services. Marianhill is accredited with Exemplary Standing.
Enhanced Resident Attendant
Under the direction of the Manager of Community Services and/or Registered staff, the Client Attendant performs all duties involved in the provision of client care. Such duties are performed in accordance with Marianhill’s Mission Statement, established policies, procedures, and current legislation and in a manner which respects the uniqueness, dignity, worth, self-respect, self-determination and autonomy of the client and promotes maximum independence.
Qualifications
Wage: $29.29 – $30.07 per hour + 14% in lieu of benefits
Shifts – to be discussed

Please note proof as per Marianhill policy of required vaccinations, including but not limited to influenza, etc., is required as well as proof of a 2-Step Mantoux TB Skin Test dated within the last year with a current updated 1-Step. You will be required to provide an original, vulnerable sector criminal record check dated within the last 6 months and sign a declaration at time of hire. Education certificate, diploma or otherwise must be provided to the Employer and you must participate in the N95 Mask Fit Testing Program as applicable.
