A senior billable professional who works with clients at executive level to address their digital challenges and turning them to business outcomes (business development, cost efficiency) leveraging digital business solutions. This role will be responsible of creating digital maturity assessment, digital use cases with clients (customer journey, employee journey) business case with clients, when incorporating digital solutions and business proof of concepts, leveraging digital solutions & pilots. The role is that of client advocate and takes responsibility for recommendations development inclusive risk assessment, customer requirements analysis, industry benchmarking and best practice application resulting in customer business benefit. Client facing activities such as presentations and discussion in conjunction with the account manager is expected. This role will be expected to provide support and mentoring for other consultants in areas of expertise when needed.

Key Accountabilities

• Position, sell and, deliver billable OX/OT business consulting work to a client
• Help the client for successful digital transformation in OT
• Position Orange Business Services as credible digital transformation partner in IT / OT convergence
• Stay abreast of digital ecosystems, innovations, issues, options, industry best practices and advancements within different verticals relevant to the Orange Business Services portfolio
• Actively participate  in creating knowledge capital and developing methods and tools
• Lead  projects and as part of a project organization respecting cost, quality and time constraints
• Build Orange  Business Services specialization per assigned vertical(s)

• Capacity to generate and manage a pipeline
• Engage and partner with clients at a detailed executive, functional and operational level
• Deliver high value, billable business consulting services in support of full life cycle
• Identify and develop key partner relationships as required with consulting firms and technology ones as well as governmental institutes
• Sell and promote digital transformation services and activities
• Participate to large projects and as part of a project organization
• Recognize and assess clients’ key business drivers and challenges
• Develop service adoption roadmap as recommendation
• Understand market trends, industry benchmarking and ecosystems
• Quantify and articulate costs/benefits of investments in strategic digital transformation services
• Ability to manage a consulting project
