About the Operations Associate, Risk role
Float is looking for an outstanding Operations Associate to join the Approvals function of our Compliance & Risk team! This is an exciting opportunity to be an integral part of our customer journey in a non-traditional, fast-paced environment. This role manages initial communication with customers, and collects all required documentation to determine their compliance. You will act as one of the final decision-makers in approving new Float customers onto our platform. If you are super detail-oriented, can learn new things quickly, and enjoy solving complex problems, this could be the role for you!
As an Ops Associate, you’ll be responsible for:
Customer Onboarding – Executing all aspects of our initial customer onboarding while maintaining swift service level agreements (SLA’s). This includes training, documentation, and owning onboarding materials such as user guides, videos, and product tutorials. You will ensure that each customer is provided with an efficient and successful onboarding process.
Data and Reporting – Track and analyze core metrics related to the customer approvals function to empower data-driven process developments and improvements.
