Purpose:
The Operations Assistant supports the administrative and technical operations within the department.
Education:
Must be a current student.
Experience:
Previous work experience may be considered.
Skills:
Compliant with the University health and safety standards and procedures at all times.Effective customer service and organizational skills. Effective computer skills, including MS Office. Accurate data entry skills. Effective communication skills Ability to exercise initiative and good judgment Effective problem-solving skills. Ability to work both independently and on a team. Flexibility in adapting to changing priorities. Ability to handle high work volume while meeting frequent deadlines.
