Unifyhub, a leading corporate language learning and content creation company with offices in Tallinn (Estonia) and Singapore, is seeking passionate and dynamic individuals to join our international team as Online ESL Teacher for IT Professionals. As a brand ambassador, your role goes beyond teaching; you will represent our company and embody our mission of empowering individuals through language mastery. Responsibilities: - Conducting engaging Business and General English lessons for corporate clients (adults) both in group settings and through individual online sessions (typically up to 100 academic hours per month). - Creating and implementing structured lesson plans to optimize learning outcomes. - Keeping track of student progress and efficiently reporting using our CRM system. - Active participation in teacher training workshops to enhance teaching skills and methodologies. Optional and eligible for additional compensation: - Being the face of our special projects and actively representing the company at events and activities. - Developing and producing captivating content to promote the company within communities, building strong relationships with community members. - Contributing to promotional campaigns by creating compelling videos to be shared through various platforms. Requirements: - A higher education degree in linguistics or a related field. - A minimum of 2 years' experience teaching English as a Foreign Language (EFL) to adults and/or children. - Possession of an internationally recognized teaching certificate (e.g., TEFL, CELTA, DELTA, or equivalent). - Excellent communication skills to engage and interact effectively with diverse learners. - Strong ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and adapt to different teaching scenarios. - Creative thinking abilities to develop innovative approaches that resonate with the target audience. - Experience in social media management, creating engaging content, and leveraging online platforms for brand promotion. - Willingness to embrace and adapt to emerging trends and technologies in social media and education. We offer:

• Progressive salary scale and extra payment for special projects and any brand promotion activities, opportunities for ESL material development, content creation and professional growth 

• Flexible schedule  - 16 - 36 hrs per week - however we do prefer collaborating on a full-time basis - with the newly hired teachers we start with 2-3 groups and then we may promptly allocate more groups depending on your preference and availability 

• CELTA-based lesson plans, curricula, and teaching materials for all English levels

• Professional training in digital instruments we use: Zoom, Google Classroom, Google Forms, Teachable, SurveyMonkey
