Our Office Manager will be an integral part of the Workplace team and provide administrative support to the Tokyo hub. This role will be responsible for providing a best-in-class workplace experience for Figmates and visitors and be the first impression for those working out of and visiting our Tokyo hub. Along with operational duties this role will support internal events as well as work with our vendor partners including our food/snack program custodial and security services. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the culture of our Tokyo hub and work with many internal teams to establish an excellent employee and visitor experience.

This is a full time hybrid role that will be based in our Tokyo hub.

What youll do at Figma:

• Conduct daily walkthroughs to ensure a clean & organized space
• Reviewing & managing internal offsite requests
• Support onsite catering program
• Monitor and order inventory for office and break room supplies
• Address office repairs & maintenance
• Assist with space planning & management (furniture moves facility maintenance)
• Support exciting internal events

Wed love to hear from you if you have:

• High standards of customer service and hospitality
• 2 years of experience in startup tech
• Experience working with C-Suite
• Highly proficient in google applications and Mac support
• Corporate IT SaaS application like G-suite Dropbox Zoom Slack etc
• Workplace safety administrator (衛生管理者)

While not required its an added plus if you also have:

• Experience with tools like Asana Fresh Service and Figma
• Event management experience
• CPR/AED training
