Summary

Spire is seeking an Office Coordinator to work at the Wentzville, Missouri office. This position will be responsible for performing a wide range of administrative and office duties using internal systems and standard software packages to support the Spire Midstream assets in Missouri and Illinois.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support Midstream staff with procurement of equipment, supplies and contractor services.
  • Coordination various employee events and travel arrangements for Midstream staff
  • Coordinate facility maintenance as needed with 3rd party contractors and Shared Services.
  • Coordinate and track payment of vendor invoices.
  • Coordinate and track completion of regulatory compliance activities.
  • Perform various clerical duties such as filing, posting, and maintaining accurate and neat records.
  • Maintain various monthly and annual reports
  • Provide prompt and courteous service to both internal partners and external customers and contractors.
  • All other duties as assigned to support the needs of the Wentzville Office.

Required Education (certifications, licenses)

  • High school diploma/GED

Required knowledge, skill and abilities

  • One (1) year of previous office experience preferred. 
  • Proficient with software programs such as Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint

Physical demands, environment and schedule

  • Work is normally performed in a shared office environment
  • Monday through Friday, 7AM-4PM
  • Hybrid work schedule available. 3-4 days on site per week required.
