What You'll Do: 

• Provide compassionate, holistic care to Pleasant View residents, supporting overall well-being.
• Conduct assessments, monitor health, and develop personalized care plans.
• Ensure residents receive the medical attention and support needed to thrive physically, emotionally, and mentally.
• Build trusting relationships with residents and families to create a supportive, respectful environment.

What You'll Need: 

• Valid Illinois RN or LPN License
• Passion for providing compassionate care to older adults
