We are now seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our Healthcare Group in the Primary Care division. The candidate will care/treat patients in a Long-Term Care facility in Orangeville, PA. Our clinicians are filled with high energy and excitement. We look forward to introducing you to the team!

Responsibilities/Requirements:
Candidate should possess a valid NP license in the state of PA.
Candidate should be OK to travel
Examine patients and their medical records
Prescribe medications
Maintain accurate records and schedules
Inform patients about their health conditions and prescribed medications
Educate patients and their family members on diseases, epidemics and prevention
Oversee patients' overall health
Promote good health practices
Advance professional knowledge and conduct research
Propose treatment plan for Annual Wellness visits
