Night Auditor / Receptionist Location Montréal, QC H3A 1W7 :

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Night Auditor to join our team at a hotel in the hospitality industry. The Night Auditor will play a crucial role in ensuring guest satisfaction during the overnight hours.

Duties:

• Auditing, balancing, and verifying daily revenue documentation
• Greeting guests, checking them into rooms, assisting with check-outs, and providing guests with important information
• Answering phones, scheduling wake-up calls, and assisting with reservation requests
• Responding to guest inquiries, complaints, and concerns
• Balancing cash drawers, record errors, and reconcile receipts
• Ensure the security of the premises during the night shift
• Promoting hotel services and features

Requirements:

• Bilingual (English and French)
• Previous hotel-related experience is a plus
• Ability to communicate with public, hotel staff, and management in a professional manner
• Knowledge of surrounding areas and local events
• Ability to understand and adhere to proper credit, check cashing, and cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of proper telephone etiquette
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays
• Work hours are from 11pm to 7am

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Montréal, QC H3A 1W7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
