Job Overview:

Silvertip Lodge is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Mixologist and Fine Dining Server to elevate our customer service. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating a fun, upbeat bar scene and delivering impeccable dinner service. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a close-knit, high-end environment and enjoys providing a personalized and memorable experience for each guest.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bar Service:
• Create and serve innovative cocktails, including non-alcoholized options.
• Engage with guests, providing a lively and enjoyable bar atmosphere.
• Manage bar inventory and maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Dining Service:
• Provide exceptional table service during dinner, ensuring a fine dining experience.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to deliver seamless service.
• Prioritize service and recommend wine pairings.
• Customer Experience:
• Foster a warm, inviting environment for guests.
• Personalize service to meet and exceed guest expectations.
• Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a mixologist or high-end bartender.
• Fine dining server experience.
• Knowledge of non-alcoholized spirits is a strong asset.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to live onsite and adapt to remote lodge life.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• A passion for delivering top-notch customer service.
