The Field Medical Affairs, CETA MSL Group is dedicated to improving patients’ lives by building and communicating the deepest medical knowledge and enhancing the medical benefits of Novo Nordisk products. The position
As a Medical Science Liaison, you will:

• Assists in identifying, engaging, and maintaining relations with KOLs and HCPs to establish and/or further the knowledge of Novo Nordisk products and their appropriate use; when necessary, assist in resolving issues pertaining to that use.
• Gather medical insights about Novo Nordisk and competitors' products from KOLs and HCPs to inform decision-making bodies and update medical and marketing strategies as needed.
• Provide medical education to HCPs through scientific meetings, symposia, and other initiatives, while gathering insights to inform decision-making and adjust medical and marketing strategies.
• Support clinical trials by fostering scientific discussions during site selections and initiation visits and assist with patient recruitment and retention as needed.
• Develop strong speakers for marketed products in line with the Medical Strategy, while assisting regional Medical Representatives with scientific and clinical inquiries from KOLs and HCPs, ensuring compliance with all relevant guidelines and regulations.

Qualifications

• An advanced degree in health sciences is required, with a master’s degree at a minimum; a Doctorate in Medical or Pharmacy disciplines is preferred.
• Extensive experience in the relevant therapeutic area (e.g., cardiology, diabetes, endocrinology) is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, along with a solid knowledge of the relevant therapeutic area.
• Excellent English skills for reading and understanding scientific literature, with fluency in written and spoken English strongly preferred.
• Good computer skills (e.g., Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and knowledge of local and corporate compliance and regulatory processes.
