Job Description

Reception and Clinical MOA Duties:

• Booking appointments- Patient scheduling and follow ups
• Handling busy phone lines
• Proficient with Computers and software with a willingness to learn new software “EMR, MSP billing and new technologies”
• Able to multitask and be self motivated while ensuring attention to detail
• Customer service oriented with a friendly and outgoing personality
• Cleaning duties

Required Education, Personal Qualities and Experiences:

• Minimum Grade 12 Diploma
• Prior Medical Office Assistant experience an asset but not mandatory
• You have knowledge of general office procedures and have the ability to work together as a team and independently to resolve administrative and patient care concerns
• You are outgoing and enjoy talking to people while maintaining client confidentially and respecting boundaries
• You are reliable with an excellent work ethic

Wage is $18/hr.
