* Independently manage marketing projects using advanced marketing skills.
* Oversee NPD planning, insights, targeting, concept development, and pricing.
* Develop unique product and communication stories, ensuring clear USPs.
* Manage marketing and communication activities across both online and offline platforms.
* Track project KPIs for global headquarters and local markets.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including agencies and country teams.

Profile

* Minimum 3 years of marketing experience.
* Proven track record in global/regional roles within consumer goods.
* Experience in NPD, 360 marketing, and on/offline communication.
* Proficiency in KPI tracking and driving projects independently.
* Strong ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
