This role supports marketing and sales strategy through the development of financing promotions, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. You'll work closely with internal teams and external partners to drive business growth, enhance customer engagement, and support regional initiatives aligned with global goals.

Description

* Design and execute financing promotions and merchandising campaigns in collaboration with global and local teams.
* Provide market and competitor analysis to support sales strategy and business decisions.
* Deliver regular reporting and insights on key sales and customer metrics.
* Train internal teams and external partners on financial merchandising and marketing tools.
* Manage internal incentive and satisfaction programs for dealers and business units.
* Lead and support regional marketing and customer experience projects aligned with global strategies.

Profile

* Holds a bachelor's degree in finance, marketing, or a related field.
* Is fluent in English (Japanese proficiency is a plus).
* Has experience in marketing analytics, campaign planning, or business support roles.
* Demonstrates strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
* Possesses strong analytical thinking and a customer-centric mindset.
* Able to manage multiple projects and work with cross-functional teams.
