The Role

• Develop and implement targeted B2B marketing strategies to support sales objectives and drive pipeline growth
• Create and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns including digital advertising, email, content, and events
• Collaborate closely with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with account priorities and sales goals
• Plan and manage industry events, including trade shows, conferences, webinars, and customer roundtables
• Maintain marketing collateral and ensure all materials reflect current messaging and brand guidelines
• Build relationships with industry partners and media to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership
• Manage marketing budget allocation to maximize impact across various initiatives
• Coordinate with product marketing to develop compelling value propositions and competitive positioning

Your Skills

• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience in technology or SaaS environments
• Strong collaboration skills with sales teams for pipeline development
• Experience organizing industry events and managing digital marketing initiatives
• Fluent Japanese and business-level English required

• 12,000,000 yen - 15,000,000 yen
