We’re looking for a talented Marketing & Content Manager to lead marketing for our solar company, drive a new business launch , and produce cinematic content for our founder’s personal brand. This fast-paced role requires proven skills, a killer portfolio, and a hunger to learn from an elite entrepreneur. You’ll get direct mentorship to skyrocket your marketing and branding expertise.
What You’ll Do
- Solar Marketing: Execute digital campaigns (PPC, SEO, social media) to drive leads across multiple locations
- New Venture: Build and launch a marketing plan, including brand identity and multi-channel campaigns.
- Personal Brand: Shoot and edit cinematic video/photo content for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok to grow the founder’s brand.
- Content Creation: Script and produce high-energy short- and long-form content.
- Analytics: Track KPIs, optimize campaigns, and report results.
- Collaboration: Align with the founder to bring their vision to life.

Requirements - 3+ years’ experience in digital marketing, photography, and videography.
- Standout portfolio of cinematic videos and successful campaigns.
- Expertise in marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and creative tools (Adobe Suite, Canva).
- Work in-person in Kelowna, BC, with occasional travel.
- Bachelor’s degree (marketing, communications) a plus—skills matter more.
Compensation - Salary: $60,000–$120,000 (based on experience) + performance bonuses.
