求められる経験

• A bachelor's degree or higher in marine engineering, naval architecture, offshore
structural engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in the offshore industry, preferably as marine engineer, naval architect, structural or offshore engineer.
• A thorough knowledge of the offshore industry, including the design, construction,
installation, maintenance, and decommissioning of marine operations and assets.
• A strong understanding of the relevant standards, codes, and regulations in the
offshore industry, such as IMO, ABS, DNV, and ISO.
• Software and tools:
- DNV SESAM suites, GHS, AQWA, Orcaflex, experience is advantageous.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is advantageous.
- Programming in Python is preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and report writing skills (Must be proficient in both Japanese and English).
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to travel and work in various locations, both onshore and offshore.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
