業務内容

• サービスディレクターと協力し、エンタープライズサービス事業の中長期的なビジネスプランおよび戦略を策定・実行する。
• エンタープライズサービスの市場および競合分析を行い、顧客のニーズを理解する。
• 新規ビジネス開発計画を策定し、組織の長期ビジョンに向けて進める。
• 内部および外部の重要な顧客と強固な関係を構築・維持し、顧客の課題解決に向けた提案やプレゼンテーションを行う。
• 日本市場におけるエンタープライズサービスのグローバル戦略を推進し、システムやプロセスのグローバル標準化またはローカライズを判断する。

必要なスキル

• ハイテクノロジー、バイオテクノロジー、または関連業界での新規ビジネス開発、アカウント営業またはサービス戦略開発の経験と実績。
• 強い顧客志向を持ち、大局を見渡す能力。
• 実行力、責任感、パートナーシップおよび協力の環境を育む強力なリーダーシップスキル。マルチファンクショナルチームを効果的に管理する能力。
• 日本語および英語での優れたミュニケーションスキル。
• 優れた対人スキルと関係構築スキル。

Manager, Business Development, Enterprise Service

Responsibility:

• This position is responsible for developing long term business plans and strategies of Enterprise Service (ES) business for success working alongside the Japan Service Director.
• Perform market and competitive analysis of ES and understand customer needs.
• Successfully implement business development plans to move our organization from where we are today to the long term vision articulated in the strategic plan.
• Nurture and sustain strong connections with important internal/external customers and develop/deliver attractive presentations to customers.
• Drive implementation on the ES global strategy in the Japanese local market and align systems and structure to the global standard as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven track record and experience in developing, implementing Services strategy within a high technology, biotechnology or related industry.
• Driven by a strong customer orientation and the ability to see the bigger picture in every decision.
• Strong leadership skills fostering an environment of execution, accountability, partnership and collaboration required with ability to effectively manage multi-functional teams.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills both in Japanese and English is required. Outstanding inter-personal skill is required.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously per the objectives/goals of the organization and complete it in a timely manner.
