Job Description

Understand and align with the companys values management policies and the annual business plan of the Buzen Plant. Execute responsibilities as a member of the Engineering Department in accordance with its operational policies and annual plans.

1. Indirect Tasks

• Manage consumables and spare parts.
• Maintain and control tools used in operations.

2. Manufacturing Equipment Maintenance

• Perform scheduled inspections cleaning and lubrication of equipment.
• Provide first-level response to equipment failures (basic repairs parts replacement).
• Record and report inspection results and repair history.
• Ensure compliance with work instructions and safety standards during all tasks.

3. Utility System Inspection

• Conduct inspections and report findings including repair history.
• Follow established work procedures and safety guidelines.

Minimum Requirements (Education Experience Training)

• Fundamental knowledge and experience to perform routine and non-routine tasks including:

  prediction skills to ensure a safe working environment.

  understanding of pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturing processes to maintain product quality.

  and experience in operating and maintaining various manufacturing equipment.
