**Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join our team. You will be working on site in a facility that handles tires, performing maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the smooth operation of equipment and conveyor systems. **Responsibilities** + Perform maintenance and repair work on equipment and conveyor systems. + Lubricate and grease parts to maintain equipment functionality. + Conduct preventive maintenance to avoid equipment breakdowns. + Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. + Interpret blueprints and schematics to diagnose and repair equipment. + Work on control panel boxes, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, including lock out/tag out procedures. + Utilize working knowledge of PLCs as a troubleshooting tool. + Handle HMIs with experience or knowledge. **Essential Skills** + Mechanical skills + Pneumatics knowledge + Hydraulics expertise + Preventive maintenance experience + Troubleshooting abilities + Conveyor maintenance know-how + Blueprint interpretation + Repair skills + Schematic reading + Maintenance repair proficiency + Lubrication techniques **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience working on control panel boxes + Understanding of safety protocols, including lock out/tag out + Working knowledge of PLCs for troubleshooting + HMI experience or knowledge **Why Work Here?** Join our team and enjoy a supportive work environment with opportunities for professional growth. The role involves working with various technologies and equipment, including conveyor systems, control panel boxes, and PLCs. Safety protocols, such as lock out/tag out, are strictly adhered to in this environment. **Location** based out of Lincoln, Alabama. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
