As a senior lawyer in our APAC Asset Management legal team, you will play a crucial role in providing legal coverage for JP Morgan Asset Management (JPMAM) Japan's business initiatives. As an Assistant General Counsel in the APAC Asset Management legal team, you will be based in Japan and work alongside a paralegal to support JPMAM Japan's asset management business initiatives. You will advise on legal and regulatory issues, draft and negotiate agreements, and collaborate with various teams to implement business strategies.
