**About the Role** We're hiring a strategic and hands-on Lead Consultant to drive success across our B2B Go-To-Market Orchestration offering within the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem. This role is for someone who thrives at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and business transformation, and who knows how to bring Adobe's B2B capabilities to life for clients. This role requires deep technical knowledge of Adobe's B2B tool stack and hands-on experience designing, deploying, and refining cross-channel personalized journeys. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients to define requirements, integrate data sources, and enhance customer experiences through real-time personalization and orchestration. **Work Model** We strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role's business requirements, this is a remote role open to qualified applicants in the United States. This role does require up to 30-40% travel. In this role, you will + **Design and deliver world-class solutions** across Adobe's B2B tool stack: Customer Journey Analytics (CJA B2B), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO B2B), Real-Time CDP (RT-CDP B2B), Adobe Commerce, and Marketo Engage. + **Lead with discovery-first thinking** -kick off engagements by uncovering business needs and aligning solutions with measurable impact. + **Orchestrate multiple client engagements** , delivering value across parallel programs with a strong focus on outcomes and client satisfaction. + **Build and lead a community of Adobe experts** , fostering collaboration, mentoring talent, and promoting knowledge sharing across teams. **What you need to have to be considered** + Proven experience implementing and optimizing Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, particularly in B2B contexts. + Deep understanding of data-driven marketing, sales enablement, and digital experience orchestration. + Strong client management skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively. + Experience working in matrixed, fast-paced environments and balancing priorities across engagements. + A passion for community building-whether it's growing internal capability or evangelizing best practices. + Relevant Adobe product certifications (e.g., AJO, RT-CDP, Marketo, Adobe Commerce) + Understanding of the broader Adobe ecosystem and how products integrate across the customer journey + Experience with generative AI, personalization, or predictive analytics in a B2B context **These will help you stand out** + Relevant Adobe product certifications (e.g., AJO, RT-CDP, Marketo, Adobe Commerce) + Understanding of the broader Adobe ecosystem and how products integrate across the customer journey + Experience with generative AI, personalization, or predictive analytics in a B2B context **Outcomes We Expect** + Seamless, scalable Adobe Experience Cloud solutions delivered with speed and precision + Long-term client relationships rooted in trust, value, and strategic growth + Strategic B2B consulting that shapes and supports high-impact GTM initiatives + A thriving internal expert community that amplifies our B2B GTM capabilities + Recognizable impact on client revenue, retention, and engagement metrics through effective orchestration We're excited to meet people who share our mission and can make an impact in a variety of ways. The annual base salary for this position is between $170,000 - $180,000.
