**Lead Compensation Consultant - Equity Delivery** . **Job Description** **About this role:** Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Compensation Consultant with deep expertise in equity administration. This role will focus on the operational execution and reporting of equity compensation programs, including restricted stock units (RSRs) and the employee stock purchase plan (ESPP). The ideal candidate will bring a strong analytical mindset, a passion for process improvement, and a commitment to delivering a seamless participant experience. **In this role, you will:** + Administer equity and ESPP programs, including grant processing, vesting, exercises, and purchases. + Manage data integrity across equity platforms and HR systems, ensuring accurate and timely updates. + Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and analytics to support internal stakeholders and external reporting requirements. + Partner with Payroll, Legal, Finance, and external vendors to ensure compliance and operational efficiency. + Lead or contribute to projects that enhance automation, scalability, and transparency of equity operations. + Serve as a subject matter expert on equity plan design, taxation, and regulatory compliance. + Provide consultative support to HR partners and business leaders on equity-related matters. + Mentor peers and contribute to the development of best practices across the compensation function. **Required Qualifications:** + 5+ years of Compensation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education **Desired Qualifications:** + Familiarity with compensation principles. + Knowledge of global administration, laws, and regulations of equity vehicles (RSR, stock, ESPP) + Experience with Workday and Computershare's EquatePlus platform is a plus. + Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders. + Ability to collaborate with internal partners, including legal, risk, and control. + Strong Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills + Forward thinking with the ability to solve problems + High attention to detail with focus on data accuracy. + Experience with data analysis, audit support, and compliance documentation. **Job Expectations** + This position offers a hybrid work schedule. + This position does not offer Visa Sponsorship. + This position does not offer relocation assistance. **Posting Locations:** + 401 S Tryon Street, (3 WFC), Charlotte NC + 550 S 4th Street, Minneapolis MN + 2222 W Rose Garden Lane, 1st floor, Phoenix AZ + 800 S Jordon Creek Parkway, West Des Moines IA **Pay Range** Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position.
