Qualifications o Must be able to work Saturdays and Sundays,o Eligible to work in Canada,o 14 years of age or older,o Clean Criminal Record Check, with Vulnerable Sector (if applicable),o First Aid & CPR-C Certification (valid or willing to obtain),o Customer service experience preferred,o Able to speak in front of small groups,o Amusement or hospitality experience is a plus,o Basic computer and internet skills.
Tasks o Briefing guests about the game,o Assigning and inspecting laser tag equipment,o Monitor active games in arena,o Enforcing safety rules and policies,o Oversee birthday parties and team building experiences,o Cleaning venue,o Assisting Team Leaders and Management.
Part-Time positions offer on average 4-20 hours a week in the Fall/Winter and 12-32 hours a week in the Spring/Summer.
Physical Demands o Able to be outdoors for long periods of time, in all weather conditions (Oshawa location),o Able to stand, walk and jog for a majority of the shift,o Able to lift and/or move up to 18kg (40lbs),o Perform tasks involving firm grasping,o Bend, twist or squat,o Sufficient co-ordination.Reasonable accommodations will be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential job functions.
