Job Description

Job Summary
Join Sanofi's contingent workforce program, FLEXT Direct, as a Laboratory Technician for a 12-month contract with the possibility of extension. As a member of the MSAT Upstream lab team, you will play a crucial role in supporting cell culture experiments and bioreactor operations to drive process development initiatives.
Responsibilities
Set up and execute seed train and production bioreactor operations.
Perform sampling and routine analysis tasks.
Compile data and prepare reports.
Assist in media and feed preparation.
Support equipment assembly and disassembly.
Conduct general lab duties including housekeeping and inventory management.
Skills
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Demonstrated organizational skills, multitasking capabilities, and adaptability to dynamic environments.
Proficiency in MS Office 2010 or higher.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in chemical, biochemical engineering, or related scientific field.
0-3 years of experience in Biologics, Pharmaceutical manufacturing, or development.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with aseptic techniques.
Experience in mammalian cell culture.
Knowledge of process development and perfusion bioreactor operations.
