ホテルの方針に沿った礼儀正しく、プロフェッショナルで効率的かつ柔軟なサービスを提供し、ゲストの満足度を最大限に高めるために努めてください。宿泊部内のさまざまなサブデパートメント、または指示された他の部門でのローテーションが可能であり、柔軟に対応できることが求められます。 常にゲストに最高レベルのパーソナライズされたサービスを提供し、ゲストの苦情や問題を上司と共有し、迅速に対策を講じて頂きます。

ホテルのサービス、施設、プロモーションについての知識を持ち、アップセル技術に精通していることが求められます。すべてのゲストの部屋の割り当てをチェックし更新し、ゲストの要求に応じた特別な要件のフォローアップを行い、ゲストの滞在が快適なものになるように努めて頂きます。

日々のオペレーションにおいて、コンシェルジュマネージャーをサポートし
常に高い身だしなみと衛生基準を維持すること、同僚や他のすべての部門との良好な関係と協力関係を維持することも重要です。

Contributes to the smooth and efficient running of the Reception within the Rooms Division

To provide courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service consistent with the hotel’s policies in order to maximize guest satisfaction. To be entirely flexible and be able to be rotated within the different sub departments of the Rooms division, or any other departments as assigned and as necessary.

To ensure that the guests are offered the highest level of personalized service at all times and to report guest complaints or problems to supervisors if no immediate solution can be found and assure follow up with guests. Awareness of hotel activities and a proper handover of the pending points for next shift’s follow up and action is crucial. 

To be aware of all hotel services, facilities, and promotions, and knowledgeable of upselling techniques. To check and update the allocation of rooms for all guests and follow up on the special requirements requested by the guests ensuring that their stays are comfortable.

General responsibilities are to assist the Guest Service Manager in managing the day-to-day operation of the Concierge at the hotel also to maintain a high standard of grooming and hygiene at all times, as well as maintain good relationships and cooperation with colleagues and all other departments.

日本国籍以外の応募者はホスピタリティまたは観光マネージメントのディプロマ資格が必要

全てのゲストを歓迎し、彼らが素晴らしい滞在体験を得ることを責任とします。思い出に残る経験を創り、関係を築くことが求められます。ゲストとのやり取りにおいて、優れた顧客サービス、コミュニケーション、対人スキルが必要です。最低2年間ホテル コンシェルジュ ゲストリレーションズのアシスタントマネージャー又はチームリーダーの経験が必要です。

Business communication skills in Japanese are required.
Non-Japanese national applicants must have a diploma/qualification in Hospitality or Tourism Management.

Responsible for welcoming all guests and ensuring they have an exceptional stay experience. Your responsibility includes creating memorable experiences and building relationships. Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills are necessary for interacting with guests. Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Manager or Team Leader - Concierge / Guest Relations in a hotel.
