Job Description

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Kinaxis Maestro solutions.
• Act as the primary liaison between client stakeholders and the project members.
• Conduct configuration sprint sessions and deliver solution designs.
• Manage data integration and mapping from ERP and other systems (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce, SAP).
• Validate data models, custom tables, fields, and calculations.
• Troubleshoot integration and performance issues.
• Conduct testing and validation configured product before migration.
• Provide training and support to client users and internal teams.
• Monitor and optimize system performance and data accuracy.
• Participate in deployment workshops and post-go-live support.
• Change Management to clients, users and internal teams.

Qualification:

• Kinaxis Consultant is responsible for leading the design, configuration, and implementation of Kinaxis Maestro solutions to optimize supply chain operations.
• 5+ years of experience in Kinaxis Maestro
• Kinaxis Consultant Certification(s)
• Experience in industries such as Automotive, manufacturing, retail, or logistics.
• Familiarity with Agile project methodologies.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes (inventory management, BOM, planning).
• Proficiency in SQL and database structures.
• Experience with SaaS integrations.
• Ability to design and validate complex data models and calculations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• Change Management Experience would be plus

Skills:

• A candidate with practical, hands-on experience and a proactive

• • Strong understanding of supply chain processes (inventory management, BOM, planning).
  • Proficiency in SQL and database structures.
