The Opportunity

Your Role
As a Junior Mechanical Engineer, you will:
Assist in preparing mechanical construction documents and equipment specifications
Conduct site evaluations and mechanical assessments
Contribute to mechanical report writing
Represent Sense Engineering with a high level of client interaction and commitment
What We're Looking For
We want someone who is not only technically skilled but also aligned with our company culture. You should be:
A graduate of a mechanical engineering program from an accredited university or college
Interested in or experienced with mechanical systems design for buildings, building systems, life cycle analysis, and cost estimation
Personable, client-focused, and a strong communicator
A team player who enjoys working hard but also having fun
Comfortable working with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
A dog lover (we're a pet-friendly team!)
A people person who enjoys building relationships with clients and colleagues
In possession of a valid driver's license and access to a car
What We Offer
Competitive salary: $63,000–$70,000, based on experience
Comprehensive benefits package

Exciting Projects You'll Work On
We Have a Strong Pipeline Of Projects, Including
Mechanical equipment assessments and HVAC system design consulting
Building system consulting for new construction
Depreciation reports and warranty reviews
Boiler replacements, domestic water piping evaluations, and cooling feasibility studies
