About The Role

Join our Change and Transformation Team and play a pivotal role in overseeing critical change initiatives within organizations.

You will be equipped with practical experience in project management, business analysis and change management methodologies and apply this to exciting client assignments like organizational restructuring and change impact analysis.

You’ll join FDM as a Consultant in our Change and Transformation Practice, where you’ll start your journey developing key skills in a practice-based learning environment for 6-12 weeks. You will then be able to start delivering projects for our clients across a wide range of industries. Client assignments could see you operating as a Change Manager, Project Manager, Business Analyst, Product Owner, Scrum Master and more, with access to continuous upskilling and career development opportunities.

What we look for

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• A strong aptitude for technology and the interest and drive to expand your technical skill set
• Knowledge and exposure in Excel and/or SQL is preferred
• Able to commit to work for FDM for a minimum of two years as a Consultant following the initial training period
• Eligible to work in Canada

Please note all client assignments require hybrid working in client offices in, but not limited to, Toronto, Montreal, Halifax, Vancouver and Calgary.
