• A global consumer-focused company is seeking an Accounting Specialist (AR & GL) to join its stable and collaborative finance team in Tokyo. This role will be responsible for managing accounts receivable operations, general ledger activities, monthly closings, and financial reporting, while supporting internal controls and audits. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate financial data, perform reconciliations, credit and pricing controls, and assist in margin and cost analysis. Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of relevant experience, strong Excel skills, and native-level Japanese with basic English.
