Job Description

Job Objective

Reporting to the Director of Regional Accounts and Retail Sales, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and profitability for independent clients. This role involves developing sales plans in collaboration with business partners to achieve sales objectives and support Yoplait Liberté Canada's business goals for independent customers nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Account Management:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales and profit objectives.

Prepare client presentations, sometimes in the form of JBP (Joint Business Planning), as well as sales reports to identify opportunities that align with corporate objectives.

Manage budgets effectively, in line with company goals.

Prepare accurate sales forecasts for production planning.

Act as the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and service.

2. Sales Growth and Development:

Analyze internal sales reports, Nielsen data, customer data, and market trends to propose growth opportunities aligned with company strategies.

Lead product launch presentations and execution at retail locations.

Negotiate programs, liquidation opportunities, agreements, and support planogram management.

Build and maintain a promotional calendar.

Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, customer service, production, and logistics, to ensure customer needs and corporate objectives are met.

Job Requirements:

Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in client management. Fresh food or grocery management experience is a plus.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.

Knowledge of distributor models.

Strong time management and prioritization skills.

Strong knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
