Witco is a nonprofit human services organization dedicated to creating opportunities to empower individuals with disabilities. Witco recognizes that all life has value and is mission driven to enhance the quality of life for the people we serve. Witco serves citizens with disabilities throughout southwest Idaho and eastern Oregon by providing a variety of vocational and community rehabilitation services.
Job Coaches provide job support, skills training, and interpersonal skill coaching to participants with disabilities at their place of employment.
