Inland delivery gets focus to expand business of Maersk as integrated logistics company. Can you use your expertise of logistics for execution and grow our business together?

We Offer

Opportunity to work in world class logistics company. You will learn inland services overall and establish relationships with clients, our vendors (customs brokers, trucking companies) as well as internal stakeholders like Customer Experience team, Sales team, Procurement team Finance team, Regional and/or Area management.

Key Responsibilities

1)Delivery by truck

• Communicate with Customer Experience team and/or customers to make/adjust delivery schedule
• Check shipping documents, creation of delivery related documents
• Communicate with customs house brokerage team, directly with brokers, trucking companies, creation of instruction documents to them and make/adjust delivery schedule
• Attend external and internal queries about customs house brokerage and check progress of customs clearance

2) Invoicing to customers and payment for vendors

• Send request to overseas back office (Global Service Center) for creation of invoices and payments
• Attend queries from Global Service Center about invoicing and payments

3)Reporting

• Create and update regular and daily reports

We are looking for

• Person who has experience of working in logistics company, having good communication and coordination skill.
• Need good skill of PC to data input. Preferably Japanese native speaker, but English communication skill is also required for internal communication with management.
