Job Description

This position is responsible for cleaning school facilities including bathrooms, classrooms, hall ways, lobby areas, and furniture.

Skills, Education, and Experience Required:

• High School Diploma or at least two years of experience in similar jobs.
• Teamwork Orientation.
• Time Management.
• Physical Demands:Walks, sits, stands, bends, lifts, and moves continually during working hours. It is subject to lifting up to 25 pounds.

Job Responsibilities:

• Cleaning school facilities including bathrooms, classrooms, lobby areas, office rooms, and furniture.
• Maintain the staff kitchen, clean the refrigerator, resupply restroom paper supplies and emptying waste receptacles in and throughout the building.
• Empty and check waste receptacles daily in school bathrooms, offices, and hallways.
• Sweep and mop school bathrooms on a daily basis.
• Vacuum offices, classrooms floors daily and hallways.
• Duties, responsibilities, and activities may be daily or weekly and change at any time with or without notice.
• Additional cleaning tasks may be added as needed.
