The Role

• Collaborate closely with various stakeholders: backend engineers, PdMs, designers, and customer support.
• Engage in cross-functional discussions to develop features, improve UX, and address user feedback.
• Improve problem-solving and communication skills to grow as an engineer.
• App is transitioning from iOS native to Flutter; current codebase is a hybrid.
• Team is becoming more global, with English used for engineering communication.
• Communication with PdMs, designers, and CS still heavily in Japanese-strong communication and issue-identification skills are needed.

Your Skills

• Experience developing cross-platform apps using Flutter
• Experience developing mobile apps using declarative UI such as SwiftUI
• Experience using design tools such as Figma to discuss UI with designers and PdMs
• Experience with releasing to the App Store and subsequent operations
• Experience or enthusiasm in communicating with the public, such as speaking at technical events or writing technical articles
• Experience developing and operating iOS apps with large numbers of users
• Experience in discussing and practicing the significance and utilization of tests, such as unit tests and E2E tests

• 8,000,000 yen - 12,000,000 yen
