Job Description

MAU is hiring an Interviewer in Greenville, SC. As an Interviewer, you will support recruiting operations by sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates for a variety of client positions. You will also assist with administrative and front-desk functions to ensure a seamless candidate experience. This is a short-term, contract assignment expected to last approximately three months.

Essential Functions
  • Review job orders and collaborate with Staffing Specialists and Supervisors to meet hiring needs
  • Conduct candidate interviews for project and transactional accounts (in-person and phone screens)
  • Recruit qualified candidates using online job portals (MAU website, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.)
  • Schedule interviews, assessments, client interviews, and orientations
  • Support administrative tasks, including front-desk responsibilities and orientation processing
