Are you an experienced Senior Interior Designer with a passion for office space transformation? We're looking for a talented Senior Interior Designer - Project Manager to join our team and lead innovative corporate office projects, including repurposing and tenant improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to determine functional and spatial requirements
Create detailed design specifications, material selections, and budgets
Lead and manage design teams through all project phases
Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resources
Focus on corporate office projects, including tenant rep work and office repurposing

Qualifications:

6-12 years of interior design experience
Strong background in corporate office projects and project management
Experience with tenant rep and office repurposing
NCDIQ and LEED certifications preferred
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
